Working Principle of Crusher

Crushers, grinders and pulverizers are grinding equipment used to convert or reduce rough materials (such as stones, coal or slag) into smaller, finer materials. Grinding equipment can be divided into two basic types: crusher and grinder. The industrial crusher is the first stage to reduce the particle size; further granulation takes place in the grinder or pulverizer.

The crusher will reduce the material through the crusher and the crusher. The crusher or the movable parts of the crusher will crush the material when it is placed under pressure. The Hydraulic series Cone Crusher uses a rotating cone that rotates eccentrically in the bowl to break the rock between the cone surface (called the sleeve) and the crusher bowl lining. The rotary crusher is very similar to the cone crusher, but the cone slope is steeper and the bowl surface is concave. When the gap between the bowl lining and the mantle narrows, the rock is crushed between the mantle by the turning cone.

The horizontal axis impactor (HSI) rotates the heavy-duty rotor on the horizontal axis. The guide bar attached to the rotor throws the material to be broken towards the collision-resistant apron (or curtain) equipped with replaceable bushings. Using the principle of surface forces, this impact will destroy the material and reduce the production of the material.

The vertical axis impactor (VSI) has a vertical axis and a closed rotor, which can rotate at high speed. There are two main types of VSI Sand Making Machine, namely rock crushing (autogenous) crusher and shoe anvil. The rock crusher's pit is filled with the entire circumference of the rock-filled chamber. The shoe-type and anvil-type VSI crusher has a composite metal alloy anvil, and its placement position can maximize the impact of the material thrown toward the fixed anvil by centrifugal force. Comparison with the cone crusher shows that the VSI crusher has higher energy efficiency, and can produce more fine materials within the same working conditions and time range.

The material to be crushed is fed into the rotor, then clamped, and then crushed between the teeth. When fully reduced, the crushed material falls between the rotors and is discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
