Brief Introduction

Impact Crusher is used for primary, secondary and fine crushing of all kinds of stones and rocks with compressive strength less than 350 MPa such as granite, marble, and limestone. The Impact Crusher is widely used for sand and rock production in the industry of roads, railways, reservoir, electricity power, building materials and so on.
Working Principle
Impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the action area of the blow hammer, it collides with the blow hammer on the rotor and breaks, and then is thrown to the counterattack device to be broken again, and then bounces off the counterattack liner. Return to the action area of the blow hammer for re-crushing. This process is repeated. The material enters the first, second and third counterattack chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
Performance and Advantages
1. The impact crusher can handle materials with high moisture content and has a wide range of applications, so it is more suitable for mineral processing and stone production lines.
2. The impact crusher is not only suitable for crushing tougher materials, but also has lower energy consumption.
3. The wear of the wearing parts of the impact crusher is smaller than that of other crushers, and the bottom grinding rod is also easy to replace.
4. The replacement of spare parts of the impact crusher is simple and the maintenance cost is less.
Application Area
Impact crusher is widely used in building materials, ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, transportation, energy, cement, mining, chemical and other industries for medium and fine crushing materials.
