 Raymond Mill Introduction:
                 Dingbo Raymond Mill is suitable for processing various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%. It is widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction, etc. The particle size of the final powder size can be adjusted between 50 and 325 mesh (315-45 microns). Examples of processed materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramics, iron ore, corundum, bauxite, phosphate rock, coal, etc. There are about 400 materials in total.

How Raymond Mill works:
                  The jaw crusher crushes the large materials to the required particle size, and then is transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and is evenly and continuously sent to the host for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The pulverized dust flows from the blower to the classifier. After being classified, the particles that meet the fineness enter the cyclone separator through the pipeline and are collected and separated there. They are discharged at the discharge valve and become the finished product; the air flow is sucked into the blower by the return pipe on the top of the cyclone collector. The entire airflow system is sealed and circulates under positive and negative air pressure.

Raymond Mill Features:

                     Its working principle is similar to the high-pressure suspension type grinder, but its grinding device is fixed with a pressure spring of 1000-1500kg. When the machine is working, under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, the grinding roller is close to the grinding ring. Under the same conditions, the grinding roller pressure is 1.2 times that of the high-pressure suspension mill, and the capacity is increased. 20% to 30%; when using rollers and rings, stable capacity and fineness can be ensured.
