Working Principle
The double smooth roller crusher uses a pair of oppositely rotating round rollers to crush materials. The material falls between the two rollers through the feeding port on the upper part of the equipment, and is brought into the gap between the two rollers by the action of friction and is gradually crushed, and the finished material leaks from the lower part. When encountering a material that is too hard and cannot be broken, the rollers will automatically retreat, so that the gap between the rollers will increase, and the hard material will fall. With the action of the hydraulic cylinder or the spring, the rollers return to the original gap, thereby protecting the machine and adjusting the gap between the two rollers. , you can control the maximum particle size of the product.
